Parents are required to give their full support to the school for the overall development of their wards.
- Parents/Guardians are requested to check their ward’s diary daily and countersign it.
- Your child must be in school five minutes before time. Late comers will not be allowed to attend the class.
- Parent’s notes are to be written only in the space provided in the diary for this purpose.
- If you have a legitimate complaint, kindly register it in the complaint book kept in the school office.
- Cleanliness of the students is to be checked daily.
- Do not detain your ward from classes for social functions. It can hamper your child’s progress in school.
- An ailing child should not be sent to school to attend classes or take tests. Cases of illness are settled on the basis of the Term work in consultation with the class teacher and the child’s previous record.
- Application for leave is compulsory, failing which a fine of 10/- will be charged per day.
- Parents are requested to see that their ward comes in proper school uniform. Students who are not in proper uniform will be fined.
- Gifts to teachers are not allowed in school or at home.
- Parents can give sweets only to children (with prior permission of the Principal) on birthdays. There will be no celebrations in school.
- Parents Teachers meeting will be held in the last week of every month.
- It is compulsory for Vth, VIIIth and Xth class students to clear pre-board exams of the school so that their roll number can be given to them. Students failing in school pre-board exams will not be allowed to appear in board exams.
